Robert Blinkworth
Plant collector for Nathaniel Wallich. His name is frequently abbreviated as "RB" or "Rt. B". Collected extensively in Kumaon in 1826 and 1827. Transferred to Saharanpur Botanic Garden in 1839, where he took charge of the tea plantations at Kumaon.

Some specimens are marked 'Sillet', others 'montes Sillet' or 'mont. Sillet'. Montes Sillet indicates the Khasi Hills, in Assam. Specimens marked only 'Sillet' (or 'Sylhet' etc) can be from either the Khasi Hills or from Bengal/Bangladesh.
